Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Swimming Coach. The Swimming Coach will be responsible for providing swim instruction, teaching swimming techniques through swim lessons, and ensuring the safety of students through lifeguarding duties. Additionally, the coach will oversee the school's aquatics programs and help students develop both recreational and competitive swimming skills.

Qualifications

• Swim Instruction, Swim Lessons, and Swimming skills
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field is mandatory.
• Lifeguarding and Aquatics management experience
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dehradun
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Relevant certifications in swimming coaching and lifeguarding
• Experience working with children and young adults
• Experience in residential schools or similar educational settings is beneficial
