Handle and motivate a team of Finance Executives for business growth.
Maintain strong relationships with
dealers and dealer principals
to generate leads.
Coordinate with
Credit, Operations, and Collections
teams for loan approvals and disbursements.
Provide training to dealer staff on new products and schemes.
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
and smooth post-sales service.
Maintain portfolio hygiene and support in delinquency control.
