Job Description

Capital Expenditure (Capex) Planning & Management

Develop annual and quarterly Capex plans in alignment with business objectives.
Ensure all Capex proposals include clear ROI, technical feasibility, and cost–benefit analysis.
Monitor Capex budget utilization and ensure expenditures stay within approved limits.
Coordinate with finance and management for Capex approvals and timely release of funds.

Machinery Procurement & Commissioning

Identify machinery requirements in coordination with production and engineering teams.
Manage end-to-end procurement cycles: vendor evaluation, technical comparison, negotiation, and purchase order finalization.
Oversee installation, commissioning, and trial runs of new machinery.

Vendor Management & Technical Evaluation

Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base for machinery and related equipment.
Conduct vendor audits, capability assessments, and performance evaluations.
Ensure technical specifications and quality standards are met during procurement.
