About the Role

Sr. Manager – Capex Procurement

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end procurement of capital goods, machinery, and tooling.
Ensure project alignment with timelines, specifications, and budgets.
Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
Drive cost reduction strategies and continuous improvements.
Oversee P2P processes (RFQ/RFI, PO, SAP, invoice/payment handling).
Ensure compliance with import/export policies and financial procedures.
Support tool maintenance, vendor tooling agreements, and audits.
Collaborate with engineering, projects, quality, finance, and corporate teams.

What You’ll Bring

Education:
BE / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
18–20 years in strategic sourcing with a strong technical background; 12+ years in Capex procurement.
Industry:
Core manufacturing (EMS / Automotive preferred).
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, Incoterms, and cost management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
