Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Recruitment , Sourcing , Scheduling , BGV , Document Collection , Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, helping the world’s leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life – enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate, connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience. Build a proactive sourcing plan and identify sourcing channels and tactical strategies that are aligned to the goals of organization and ensures best talent is identified and attracted by the company.

Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and Determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition) 3. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications 3. Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) Automated Candidate Screening - Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Perform automated scoring exercise (Candidate takes IVR test, we to review results of IVR test via listening to specific questions, Derive the results on the basis of IVR test via listening to specific questions and Forward results of candidates meeting criteria to Staples representatives for future consideration) Recruitment Administration & Analytics: Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis - Manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes., Any Graduation
