Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with graduates through targeted campus initiatives and career fair activities, collaborating with colleagues globally to ensure the recruitment of high-calibre candidates. Your key responsibilities will include building a robust talent pipeline by sourcing graduates from various channels, managing end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with company policies, and executing recruitment campaigns in partnership with educational institutions. Additionally, you will drive recruitment strategies for management trainees and apprenticeship programs, establish relationships with tertiary education institutions, and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy. To excel in this role, you should be passionate about graduate recruitment, possess a bachelor's degree, and have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in Campus Recruitment or a related field. Strong relationship management, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with proficiency in communication, networking, and problem-solving. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Oracle Taleo will be advantageous.
