Job Description

The Programmatic Campaign Manager will be responsible for supporting the setup, execution, and management of programmatic campaigns. This role involves assisting with client onboarding, managing DSP platforms, and optimizing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior team members to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding and Account Setup:

● Assist in the client onboarding process, including setting up partner accounts and platform configurations.

● Schedule and participate in onboarding and handover calls, addressing any previous campaign setups or requirements.

Campaign Management:

● Support the execution and management of programmatic campaigns across various platforms (e.g., DV360).

● Ensure proper setup and optimization of campaigns in line with client KPIs and performance goals.

Platform Capabilities:

● Stay updated on the latest programmatic trends and platform capabilities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

● Regularly audit and troubleshoot campaigns to ensure efficient delivery and performance.

Reporting and Analytics:

● Collaborate with the analytics team to generate detailed performance reports for clients.

● Use data-driven insights to provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

● Work with account management, creative, and tech teams to ensure smooth workflow and

deliverables.

● Act as a liaison between offshore teams and internal stakeholders to streamline tasks and campaign execution.

Task Ownership and RACI:

● Take ownership of specific tasks within the RACI framework, ensuring accountability and transparency in campaign management.

● Engage in continuous learning to elevate from Level 1 to Senior Executive roles.


Qualification:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on programmatic media buying.

● Familiarity with DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, or others.

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.

● Excellent communication and time-management skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Advanced knowledge of DSP platform capabilities and automation tools.

● Experience in client-facing roles or with offshore team collaboration.
