Campaign Manager

As a Marketing Specialist, your role will involve structuring campaigns and ad groups, as well as determining the best settings to ensure optimal performance. You will be responsible for conducting social media audits to uphold best practices, coordinating with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns, and monitoring key online marketing metrics to track success. Your duties will also include optimizing content for the website and social media platforms, analyzing campaign metrics/data to provide insights and suggestions for enhancing performance, and ensuring consistency in the brand message across all channels. Additionally, you will be expected to execute innovative collaborations among various technologies and platforms, as well as determine the type of content that will effectively reach customers. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, demonstrate exceptional knowledge and experience in lead generation and performance marketing on Google and Facebook, and have an analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. A minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in a similar role is required, along with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in SEO and SEM, along with hands-on experience in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, PPC, campaign delivery, managing campaign budgets, and campaign optimization will be crucial for success in this role.
