Campaign Manager

As a Marketing Specialist, your role involves structuring campaigns and ad groups, determining the best settings, and conducting social media audits to ensure best practices are being used. You will coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns and monitor key online marketing metrics to track success. Your responsibilities also include optimizing content for the website and social media platforms, analyzing campaign metrics/data, and providing interpretation and suggestions for improving performance. Additionally, you will ensure that the brand message is consistent, execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms, and determine what content will reach customers. Key Responsibilities: - Structuring campaigns and ad groups - Determining the best settings - Conducting social media audits - Coordinating with the sales team to create marketing campaigns - Monitoring key online marketing metrics - Optimizing content for the website and social media platforms - Analyzing campaign metrics/data - Providing interpretation and suggestions for improving performance - Ensuring brand message consistency - Executing new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms - Determining content that will reach customers Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any discipline - Exceptional knowledge and experience in lead generation/performance marketing on Google and Facebook - Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager - Minimum 1 year of proven work experience - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - SEO and SEM Knowledge - Google AdWords and Facebook Ads experience - Knowledge of PPC - Campaign Delivery expertise - Managing Campaign Budgets - Campaign optimization Please note: Facebook Marketing skills are a plus for this role.,
