What You’ll Do: AI-Powered Content Creation : Collaborate with the product and creative teams to conceptualize and produce stunning image and video content using cutting-edge Generative AI tools. End-to-End Video Production : Lead the full video creation pipeline — from ideation and storyboarding to scripting, shot planning, and final post-production. Prompt Engineering: Design and optimize prompts that unlock the full creative potential of AI models across image, video, and animation platforms. Photo & Video Editing: Polish AI-generated visuals using advanced editing tools to create professional-grade outputs for commercials, digital content, and branded videos. Model Tuning & Exploration: Experiment with fine-tuning AI models or workflows to push visual boundaries, improve output fidelity, and explore new storytelling formats. Cinematic Storytelling: Frame shots, control pacing, and shape narratives with a filmmaker’s eye — incorporating visual grammar, timing, and emotional beats. Post-Production Excellence: Add VFX, SFX, motion graphics, supers (titles/lower-thirds), transitions, and dynamic elements to enhance viewer engagement and storytelling impact. Color Correction & Grading: Apply professional color workflows to maintain brand consistency and visual tone across all outputs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content strategists, art directors, writers, and engineers to align visual direction with campaign goals. What We’re Looking For: Generative AI Mastery: Proficient in tools used to create AI inages and videos by inferencing Ai models. Able to craft high-impact prompts and workflows. Advanced Editing Tools: Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Magix Vegas Pro, Final Cut Pro. Photo: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator. Animation & VFX: Blender, Cinema4D, or After Effects. Filmmaking Knowledge: Strong grasp of cinematography, shot composition, camera movement, lighting theory, and visual continuity. Storyboarding & Scripting: Ability to translate ideas into clear storyboards and well-structured scripts for ads, TVCs, shorts, and branded content. Eye for Detail: Obsessed with precision — whether it’s timing a cut to a beat, finessing animation keyframes, or spotting inconsistencies in frame alignment. You’ll lead end-to-end campaign planning, oversee chatbot flow development, write and test prompts, and turn engagement journeys into measurable business impact. Channels: WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Push Notifications, Facebook, Instagram, Google Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution • Design and execute campaign strategies across multiple channels, integrating conversational AI journeys to boost engagement and conversion. • Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to create flows that feel human, contextual, and conversion-driven. • Develop new conversational concepts for enquiry conversion and lead generation.
