Campaign Manager

As a Marketing Campaign Manager at our company, you will be responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns focusing on various market segments to attract new customers. Your role will involve supervising the execution, monitoring, and measuring the success of these campaigns. You will also play a key part in training Marketing Associates for the effective implementation of marketing strategies. Additionally, you will compile regular reports on campaign performance, communicate recommendations clearly to supervisors, and utilize data and feedback to enhance new campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Create integrated marketing campaigns targeting different market segments - Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns - Train Marketing Associates for successful campaign implementation - Compile reports on campaign performance and results - Communicate campaign recommendations to supervisors in a timely manner - Improve new campaigns based on feedback and data - Write and proofread marketing copy, and ideate & create designs for campaigns Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields - Prior job experience will be advantageous - Experience in managing multiple lead generation platforms such as Social, Search, and Programmatic - Proficiency in running various types of campaigns including B2B and B2C - Display, Video, OTT, etc. - Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously - Good understanding of current marketing trends - Google Ads and/or Facebook blueprint certification is mandatory In addition to the above, the ideal candidate for this role should possess strong knowledge of Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, and other advertising panels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with being a self-starter who takes a proactive approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also crucial for success in this position.,
