As a Campaign Manager specializing in Meta and Google Ads, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing high-performing campaigns across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating full-funnel strategies to drive leads and conversions, while utilizing CRM tools to monitor lead progress and campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to generate leads and conversions. - Design and oversee end-to-end funnel strategies from awareness to conversion stages. - Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages. - Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tagging. - Utilize CRM systems (such as Zoho, HubSpot) to track and analyze lead quality and movement through the funnel. - Analyze campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPL, and ROAS to extract actionable insights. - Conduct A/B testing to enhance creatives, copy, and audience targeting. - Deliver clear campaign reports and recommendations to stakeholders. - Keep abreast of platform changes, ad policies, and industry best practices. Requirements: - At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. - Strong grasp of marketing funnels, campaign structuring, and lead nurturing. - Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting. - Proficiency in conversion tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Events Manager, and UTM tracking. - Experience in audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategy implementation. - Excellent analytical skills to derive insights from campaign data. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Effective communication skills and keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: - Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. - Background in B2B, SaaS, or lead-gen industries. - Knowledge of landing page tools such as Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow.
