Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketer based in Coimbatore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Telemarketer will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting Meriity's services, and entering relevant data into the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication proficiency
• Proven abilities in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales and customer engagement
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
