Campaign Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (images, posts, videos, reels, stories, shorts) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile.
• Execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and drive course enrollments.
• Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance; maintain proper analytics and reporting.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow followers organically.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
• Create promotional videos, course teasers, and digital content for marketing campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings.
• Optimize website pages for SEO, user experience, and conversions.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
• Manage local SEO to improve visibility for regional searches.
• Collaborate with the management team to understand courses, audience, and objectives.
• Stay updated with digital trends, SEO updates, platform algorithms, and new content formats.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with 6 months to 3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in education or training institutes).
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Experience in image and video editing tools; basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Ability to analyze metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong creativity, communication skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
