Campaign Manager

As a Full-Time Campaign Manager, your role will involve acting as the bridge between brands and influencers, managing communication, briefs, deadlines, and execution. You will handle end-to-end influencer campaigns, including shortlisting, onboarding, content coordination, approvals, and reporting. It will be your responsibility to ensure timely deliveries, compliance with brand guidelines, and smooth coordination throughout the campaign lifecycle. Additionally, you will prepare and share campaign performance reports with insights and learnings. Your tasks will also include maintaining creator and brand databases and updating internal tracking sheets. Furthermore, you will be expected to brainstorm creative angles and concepts for campaigns with internal teams. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication & coordination skills; must be confident on calls, DMs, and emails. - Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable handling multiple tasks & timelines. - Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and influencer culture. - Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, Canva (bonus if you know Notion or any CRM). - A background in marketing, PR, media, communications, or similar is a plus.,
