Campaign Manager

As a Full-Time Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing communication, briefs, deadlines, and execution between brands and influencers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the bridge between brands and influencers, handling communication, briefs, deadlines, and execution. - Managing end-to-end influencer campaigns including shortlisting, onboarding, content coordination, approvals, and reporting. - Ensuring timely deliveries, compliance with brand guidelines, and smooth coordination throughout the campaign lifecycle. - Preparing and sharing campaign performance reports with insights and learnings. - Maintaining creator and brand databases and updating internal tracking sheets. - Brainstorming creative angles and concepts for campaigns with internal teams. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Strong communication & coordination skills, being confident in calls, DMs, and emails. - Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable handling multiple tasks & timelines. - Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and influencer culture. - Comfort with Google Sheets, Docs, Canva (bonus if you know Notion or any CRM). - A background in marketing, PR, media, communications, or similar is a plus.,
