Agency Channel Campaign Strategy & Execution:

o Align campaigns with field sales teams, ensuring seamless execution and adoption at branch and agent levels

Sales Performance & Growth Initiatives:

o Work closely with regional and zonal sales heads to drive key performance metrics

o Identify sales challenges and create tactical interventions to improve agent engagement and business outcomes
