Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller, based in Ahmedabad. The AR Caller will be responsible for following up on unpaid insurance claims, resolving denials, working with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure timely payments. Responsibilities include analyzing accounts, handling account discrepancies, and updating information within compliance guidelines to achieve revenue goals. Effective communication and accurate documentation are crucial in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AR calling processes and experience in resolving insurance claims and denials
• Competence in communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and team members
• Proficiency in account analysis and handling discrepancies with attention to detail
• Knowledge of healthcare billing systems and compliance guidelines
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
• Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions
