Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Call Center Specialist will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing high-volume calls, maintaining detailed records of conversations, and following up on customer interactions to ensure timely resolution and support.
