Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Specialist located in Faridabad, with some flexibility to work from home. The Call Center Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer inquiries. This role includes documenting call interactions, addressing concerns, and escalating issues when necessary. The Specialist will also use computer systems to log information and manage customer records efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining a customer-first approach
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working in Contact Centers or similar environments
• Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Patience, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are an advantage
