Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in West Delhi. The Call Center Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide exceptional customer service, resolve queries, and schedule appointments. Key responsibilities include effectively communicating with patients, maintaining accurate records of inquiries, and providing information about dental services. The specialist will also support the contact center team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written capabilities, to ensure clear and professional interactions
• Basic Computer Literacy, including proficiency in managing customer databases and scheduling systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain a friendly demeanor, and work collaboratively in a team
• Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred
