Plan and implement monthly and quarterly content calendars across key social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) to enhance engagement and brand awareness. Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies, improve engagement, and optimize content for maximum reach. Content Creation Produce high-quality video content that showcases treatments, skincare tips, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes experiences at the clinic. Collaborate with team members and clients for video shoots, ensuring professional and visually appealing results. Edit and post videos with engaging captions, relevant hashtags, and compelling visuals to promote the clinic’s services effectively. Community Engagement and Brand Voice Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a welcoming community that represents the clinic’s brand and values. Partner with influencers and relevant social media personalities to extend reach and promote skincare education. Creative Direction and Aesthetic Ensure all content aligns with the clinic’s aesthetic standards and brand identity. Stay updated on social media trends in the skincare industry and incorporate fresh ideas to maintain a strong digital presence. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role in the beauty or wellness industry. Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing software. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for skincare and familiarity with industry trends. Additional Requirements: Location: In-house position with the ability to work closely with the team and clients for video shoots. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop), and social media management tools. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management while ensuring the smooth functioning of clinic operations. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by creating and executing sales strategies. Manage day-to-day clinic operations with efficiency. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients. Explain services, offers, and treatments in a clear and engaging manner. Convert leads into confirmed bookings. Maintain follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction. Track KPIs, sales targets, and ensure service excellence.
