Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist based in Kochi. The Call Center Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide quality customer service, and resolve issues effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their needs, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and handling Contact Centers
• Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy for managing customer databases and digital tools
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling customer issues
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication are advantageous
