Job Summary:

Telecaller


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce EventExpo Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and our event offerings.
  • Present tailored event solutions for corporate events, brand activations, trade shows, and more.
  • Convert inbound and marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Build rapport with decision-makers, understand their event needs, and propose appropriate services.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates.
  • Record all call outcomes, client details, and lead progress in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate and ensure a seamless handover of closed leads to the Client Management Team for planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams during campaigns or event promotions to drive engagement.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of telecalling experience, preferably in a BPO or outbound calling setup.
  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in English and [Insert Regional Language, if applicable].
  • Knowledge of lead conversion strategies and client qualification processes.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic email communication.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.


Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or client acquisition roles.
  • Experience pitching to B2B or B2C clients.
  • Understanding of corporate event types and planning processes.
