Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative, located in Mohali district. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. The representative's daily tasks will include managing customer satisfaction, resolving issues, documenting customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support roles
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
• Technical skills - Excel reporting, zoho, other CRM
• Location - Mohali
• Experience - 1-2 years
