🔹 Position: Regional Sales Manager – Telangana
🔹 Location: Hyderabad
🔹 CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA
🔹 Industry Preference: Medical Devices / Pharma / Consumer Healthcare
🔹 Experience: 16–23 years in hardcore sales with strong people management skills
🔹 Education: MBA Preferred
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers
2. Drive primary & secondary sales targets across the Telangana region
3. Ensure team productivity, motivation, and performance development
4. Build relationships with key channel partners and healthcare professionals
5. Conduct field visits and business reviews regularly
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities
7. Implement strategies to drive growth and market share
