Job Description

We are hiring a Call Center Executive with knowledge and experience in supporting e-commerce platforms, specifically for Shopify websites . If you have expertise in customer service and have worked with Shopify’s order management. As a Call Center Executive, you will be a key player in providing excellent support to our customers, ensuring smooth communication and resolving issues related to their shopping experience on our Shopify site. Key Responsibilities : Manage outbound calls to assist customers with order queries, deliveries, returns, and payment-related issues. Guide website navigation, product selection, and checkout process for customers on the Shopify platform. Handle NDR, RTO, and Abandoned Cart follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment. Resolve customer complaints and offer solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly. Required Qualifications : Previous experience as a call center executive or in customer service, ideally in an e-commerce or Shopify environment. Knowledge of NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) , RTO (Return to Origin) , and Abandoned Cart follow-ups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Telugu (Required) Work Location: In person
