Call Center Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to corporates, HR teams, admin heads, and decision-makers using provided databases and leads.
• Handle inbound enquiries related to corporate events, conferences, annual meets, team outings, wellness retreats, film shoots, and brand collaborations.
• Clearly communicate RFCs offerings including venues, hospitality, team-building activities, and customized corporate experiences.
• Identify client needs by understanding company profile, size, event calendar, and decision timelines.
• Qualify leads and generate genuine business opportunities for the sales team.
• Share brochures, proposals, and basic information through email/WhatsApp and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and client details in trackers/CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and marketing teams for smooth handover of converted leads.
• Ensure professional communication, brand representation, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English (Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage)
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
• Proven ability to convert calls into business leads
• Good listening and probing skills to understand client requirements
• Professional telephone etiquette and objection-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM/Call trackers)
• Result-oriented and self-motivated mind-set
