Business Development: Pitch the Laundry Legend franchise model, conduct meetings & presentations to prospective investors. Site Evaluation: Assist in site selection, conduct feasibility studies and profitability analysis. Negotiations & Closure: Lead contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are signed. Onboarding: Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and handover of new franchise partners. Reporting: Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on acquisition targets and progress. Desired Profile - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in franchise acquisition, business development, or similar roles (preferably in retail, F&B, or service industry). - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Excellent communication & presentation abilities. - Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting acquisition targets. - Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
