About Us:

Laundry Legend is a premium laundry & dry-cleaning brand dedicated to delivering top-quality services to our customers. We are expanding our operations and looking for Telecallers to handle our Call Centre, ensuring smooth communication between customers and stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer orders, queries, and complaints.
Assist customers with information about Laundry Legend services, pricing, and offers.
Coordinate with store teams regarding pickup, delivery, and order status.
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in the system.
Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure high satisfaction.
Support in resolving escalations quickly and professionally.
Achieve call handling efficiency and meet service quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
Experience in BPO/Call Centre/Telecalling preferred.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM).
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
