Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound/outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

 Provide accurate information about University

 Maintain calling records and update databases/CRM systems.

 Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader/Manager as required.

 Ensure adherence to organization policies and customer service standards.

 Contribute to team performance and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

 Candidate must be having schooling from English Medium

 Minimum Qualification: Graduate

 Prior call centre/customer service experience preferred, but freshers may apply.

 Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati).

 Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

 Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.

 Ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
