Call Center Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with 0 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Call Center Executive in Financial Products Sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Gurgaon, India.

• Initiate outbound calls to promote and sell financial products.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's financial products, including loans, insurance, investment plans, and credit cards.
• Build rapport with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets by effectively pitching financial products and closing deals.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies while communicating information about financial products.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all sales transactions, adhering to company standards and procedures.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and explore opportunities for additional products or services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and enhance sales strategies.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in sales and marketing, business development, or telecalling is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a call center environment and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
