Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cafeteria Cook to join our team at Hotel Centre Point. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, responsible for preparing high-quality food and beverages for our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory of food supplies and ingredients, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
