Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Agartala. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will ensure high culinary standards, maintain health and safety regulations, oversee inventory management, and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Qualifications Culinary skills including high proficiency in cooking, creativity in menu development, and expertise in various cooking techniques Leadership and management skills including managing kitchen staff, scheduling, training, and maintaining a positive work environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities including inventory management, time management, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen Excellent communication skills for effectively coordinating with team members, suppliers, and other departments Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food preparation
