Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding customer service, operational excellence, team leadership, and financial efficiency. The role requires a strong leader with a customer-first mindset, capable of driving revenue growth while maintaining high standards in service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations Management: Lead and supervise all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Uphold and improve customer service standards, ensuring a memorable and satisfying experience for all guests.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, manage, and mentor restaurant staff to build a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Guest Relations: Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Manage budgets related to food, beverage, and labor costs; optimize spending without compromising quality.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales initiatives and promotional activities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Menu Collaboration: Work with the culinary team to design and update menus that are innovative and aligned with guest preferences.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee monthly inventory checks, ensure accurate stock levels, and control wastage.
  • Goal Setting & Policy Implementation: Define departmental goals, create staff schedules, and implement policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor guest satisfaction and operational processes, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
