Key Responsibilities: Overall Management : Supervise and manage all aspects of the cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily functioning. Billing & Financial Reporting : Handle the cafe daily cash flow, prepare reports and ensure that all transactions are properly documented. Inventory Management : Oversee raw material inventory, ordering supplies and managing stock levels to avoid wastage and shortages. Food Costing : Ensure food items are costed properly to maximize profitability while maintaining quality. Qualifications: Hotel Management is required to succeed in this role.
