Job Description

Job Role: Vehicle Crash CAE Simulation & Evaluation Responsibilities: Build full vehicle CAE models (HYPERMESH/ANSA/PRIMER) – meshing, assembly, constraints, loads. Perform crash & occupant safety simulations in LS-Dyna; optimize models using DiffCrash, ModeFrontier, LS-OPT. Analyze results (LS-PrePost/Hyperview/Hypergraph), identify failure modes, suggest countermeasures. Prepare reports, communicate with design/testing teams, support correlation with physical tests. Competencies: Strong in Strength of Materials, Elasticity/Plasticity. Knowledge of automotive body, sheet metal, plastics, AIS safety regulations, NCAP. Skilled in FEA, crash/occupant safety simulations, debugging LS-Dyna models. Experience in interpreting FEA results, reporting, and recommending design modifications. Exposure to physical testing preferred. Behavioral Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, flexibility, networking, achievement orientation.
