Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant (CA) for Audit at JCG Surveyors, located in Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for :

1. Survey of Loss- seek appointment from Insured (companies)

Collecting & Maintaining Survey

Issuing LOR

(Keeping all stake holders in loop)

Preparing & Issuing ILA

Assessment of Authentication

Preparation of FSR

Raise and get approval

 for final Invoice

Qualifications

• Claim Verification & Forensics formalities
• Understanding & Calculation of Real Estate Assets
• Calculation and Analysis of Depreciation, Under Insurance, Salvage & Excess
• Calculation and Comparison of book stock, Actual stock , remains of stock
• Operational flow chart understanding
• Rate verification smartness
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Effective Communication skills for liaising with Insured and presenting findings
• Background in Finance and familiarity with Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Auditing techniques and standards
• Detail-oriented and ability to work independently
• Professional qualifications such as CA or equivalent are required
• Experience in the finance or auditing sector is preferred
