CA (Assistamt Manager)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with approximately 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team as Assistant Manager – MIS Reporting, FEMA Compliance & Financial Analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing management reports, ensuring compliance with FEMA and other regulatory requirements, and supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Reporting

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management review.
  
• Track and monitor key financial metrics, variances, and performance indicators.
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  
• Develop and improve reporting templates and dashboards for management insights.

2. FEMA Compliance

• Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations, RBI guidelines, and related statutory requirements.
  
• Handle reporting for foreign remittances, overseas investments, ECBs, and share allotments.
  
• Liaise with banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities for FEMA-related documentation and filings.
  
• Maintain proper records and documentation for all FEMA transactions.

3. Financial Analysis & Support

• Conduct financial analysis, including profitability, cost, and cash flow analysis.
  
• Assist in business planning, financial modeling, and investment evaluation.
  
• Support internal audits and statutory audits by providing required information and schedules.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for finance-related decision support.

4. General Accounting & Controls

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS) and internal control procedures.
  
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  
• Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives in the finance function.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of FEMA regulations, RBI compliance, and corporate finance.
  
• Hands-on experience with MIS reporting and financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI preferred).
  
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial systems (e.g., SAP / Tally / ERP).

Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  Chartered Accountant (CA) – qualified from ICAI.
  
• 2 years of post-qualification experience in MIS, FEMA compliance, and financial analysis (preferably in a corporate or consulting environment).
