Job Summary:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior management.
Accounting & Reporting:
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations in line with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Cost & Management Accounting:
Monitor and control manufacturing costs, product costing, and variance analysis.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Taxation & Compliance:
Oversee all direct and indirect tax matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
Ensure timely filing and compliance with all statutory requirements and audits.
Internal Controls & Audit:
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
with at least
10 years of post-qualification experience
.
Prior experience in the
manufacturing or industrial sector
is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of
cost accounting
,
financial management
,
tax laws
, and
compliance
.
Proficient in
ERP systems
(SAP/Oracle/Tally) and
MS Office tools
.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
