Job Description

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for small vendors and POs.
Analyze areas for cost savings and lead vendor consolidation efforts.
Collaborate with the procurement competency manager to build RFPs and source designated areas.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors and service providers.
Partner with procurement management to create catalog pricing books for Amdocs purchased commodities.
Execute procurement of goods and services based on approved Purchase Requisitions (PRs) or demand forecasts.
Track, expedite, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
Supervise the procure-to-pay process, ensuring smooth approval processes and payments to suppliers.
Work with SAP to receive and process procurement requests, ensuring operational efficiency within the system.
Follow up on approval cycles and assist in contract management.
Support Sourcing managers.
