Job Description

About the Role:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The role involves prospecting medical practices, hospitals, and billing companies to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the US healthcare industry — including medical clinics, hospitals, and billing firms.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
  • Present company RCM services such as medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management, eligibility verification, and more.
  • Schedule and lead meetings or demos with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on RCM industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, healthcare administration, or a related field).
  • 1–4 years of proven experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing business development or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM processes (Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Denial Management, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with US clients across time zones.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io, Zoho, or Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with appointment scheduling, eligibility & benefits verification, or patient billing services.
  • Existing network of healthcare or billing company contacts in the US.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,246.69 - ₹36,031.91 per month
