We are looking for an experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) to serve as the vital link between Human Resources and Information Technology. In this role, you will not just support systems; you will drive clarity, alignment, and execution across our HR technology landscape.You will be responsible for optimizing HR SaaS applications (including Payroll, Recruiting, and L&D), ensuring data integrity, and translating complex HR business processes into technical realities. If you are a self-starter who excels at storytelling with data and navigating the SDLC in a fast-paced global environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the bridge between HR and IT, driving clarity, alignment, and execution
  • Support HR SaaS and custom applications (payroll, recruiting, L&D, and more)
  • Analyze HR business procsses, document workflows, and translate them into detailed requirements and use cases
  • Lead discussions, document high-level and detailed requirements, and manage requirement changes
  • Oversee testing, UAT, implementation, and hyper-care
  • Collaborate with technical teams, manage tickets, and leverage JIRA for boards, tasks, and project tracking
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and strong communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, HR
  • Atleast 5 years of Business Analysis experience in fast-paced environments
  • Experience supporting HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, any other HR Systems) and understanding HR processes
  • Knowledge in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc)
  • Strong understanding of HR data, metrics, and business processes
  • Strong SaaS support background for HR applications
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, testing/validation, documentation, and true BA responsibilities
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to translate data into executive-ready insights
  • Experience working with Global teams and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and JIRA (boards, tickets, workflows, Agile)
  • Self-starter capable of leading work independently and driving clarity in ambiguous environments
