Business System Analyst

Note:- This position is for both Pune and Hyderabad location.

Responsibilities:

• Ideal candidate is a technologist with a high proficiency in translating business problems into solutions by leveraging the capabilities of various automation technologies including UiPath, Smartsheets, Airtable and others
• Should be able to partner with IT and business users in Finance, Audit,
• Marketing, Operations and other teams to develop end-to-end understanding of the relevant business process, document and map them to RPA based solutions Gather and define functional, usability, reliability, and performance requirements in partnership with users for the implementation and enhancement of software systems.
• Create Process Definition Document (PDD), as-is and to-be flows and system
• integration diagrams. Collaborate with RPA Solution Architect to build the to-be process architecture including industry best practices and standards
• Hands-on experience in building and designing automation with input/output criteria, logic, error handling, scenarios etc.
• Should be able to perform data analysis, conduct system analysis meetings, develop system design documents, create project scope and plans
• Create test plans, test cases, data sets for unit testing and System Integration Testing.
• Perform system, performance testing to ensure PDD/architecture requirements are met. Present demos of completed solution, lead UAT with business users and present results to a large audience.
• Perform KT to stakeholders upon deployment, create training materials and conduct training as needed to end-users
• Monitor Bots during Hypercare, lead bug fixed with RPA development team
• Follow change control processes to ensure appropriate approvals are procured for deployment. Coordinate testing and sign-off from business users.
• Be the SME for the RPA team, lead incident resolution and facilitate resolution of critical issues in production.
• Facilitate quarterly business process review meetings with subject matter experts to refine business processes, report on automation metrics on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis to relevant stakeholders
• Review any technical work done by vendors in order to provide guidance, feedback and anticipate issues Must be able to provide provision
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize and complete tasks on schedule. Strong written and verbal communication skills required, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to Stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business-related field required
• Overall, 5 plus years experience as a BSA, 3+ years with RPA projects, 2+ years project management experience
• Strong experience in designing RPA based solutions using UIPath
• Experience building automations in Smartsheets, Airtable a plus
• Software development skills recommended but not required
• UIPath "Automation Business Analyst Associate" and "Automation Business Analyst
• Professional" certifications required
• UIPath "Associate Automation Developer" or "Automation Developer Professional" certifications recommended but not required
• Experience with APIs, automated testing tools a plus
• Understanding of business processes in SAP Finance, SCM, HR etc.
• Prior working knowledge of enterprise software tools including but not limited to UltiPro, Coupa, Salesforce a plus.
