Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Executive to join our team. The role involves providing administrative, operational, and client support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills to assist management and teams in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to management and business teams.
• Handle scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
• Support in preparing MIS reports, presentations, contracts, and invoices.
• Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
• Assist in business development activities such as proposal drafting, lead tracking, and market research.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
• Support HR and finance teams when required (attendance, leave records, expense tracking, payments).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in business support, operations, or administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under guidance, take initiative, and adapt to local challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
