Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Dhulian. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting with clients, and identifying their needs. Day-to-day tasks include promoting and selling products, preparing sales reports, and maintaining client relationships. The Salesperson must also provide product demonstrations and participate in industry events to increase brand awareness. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management Knowledge of agricultural products and familiarity with pesticides Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
