The qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in the IT industry). - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, web/mobile technologies, or IT services. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
