Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive – Rajkot at NoBrokerHood. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and managing client accounts. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting NoBrokerHood's solutions, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and assisting in achieving sales targets. The position requires a hands-on approach to creating and closing sales opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.


Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Strong expertise in Lead Generation and nurturing potential clients.
  • Experience in Business and Account Management to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams effectively.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
  • Previous experience in the prop-tech or real estate sectors is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
