As a Business Researcher at Mint Homes, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data on markets, industries, and competitors to support strategic decision-making and business growth. You will study market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics, providing actionable insights and detailed reports for management and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market and consumer analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies, pricing, and positioning to support differentiation.
• Industry Insights: Track industry developments, regulations, and technologies affecting the business.
• Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret primary and secondary data using tools like Excel and statistical software.
• Segmentation & Forecasting: Define target markets, build predictive models, and support strategic planning.
• Reporting: Prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Advisory Support: Provide expert insights to leadership and cross-functional teams on market opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
