Business Relationship Manager Jobs In Hyderabad
Identify, visit and onboard new SME clients in the Hyderabad / Telangana region, understanding their needs and presenting TradeIndia s solutions.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively negotiating and closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales pipeline and activity in the CRM system.
Handle client queries, complaints and feedback to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and ensure clients benefit fully from the platform.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and SME pain-points to position our offerings more effectively.
2-5 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in B2B, platform-sales or SME solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate clearly and negotiate effectively.
Familiarity with field sales or visit-based client acquisition in Hyderabad / Telangana is a strong plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to travel locally.
Proficient in English and local language (Telugu / Hindi) comfortable in client-facing roles.
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-obsession and the ability to handle objections and close deals.
Location: Hyderabad (with field travel within the region)
